BOSTON, MA – In the past two games, the Boston Bruins filled the bottom of the score sheet with 76 shots, but the top of the docket showed they were only able to come away with one goal in two losses.
In Saturday’s 2-1 loss to Pittsburgh, the Bruins didn’t replicate the 47-shot effort they brought against Carolina on Thursday, but there were far more quality chances for the Black & Gold.
Forward Tyler Seguin said the team just had a hard time converting those opportunities.
